Nooterra

Privacy

This site collects only what you choose to send us through the contact form. It runs no analytics scripts, sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, your work email, your organization and which of the listed roles describes you (both optional), and your message. We add the time it arrived and whether the email to us went through.

Our server also reads your IP address for a moment, to stop one connection from sending many messages a minute. The address is not saved with your message.

While you type, the form keeps an unsent draft in your browser’s session storage, so a reload doesn’t lose it. The draft stays on your device. It is cleared once the message is sent, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.

We use your details only to reply to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your details.

Where it is kept

Every message is saved first in a database we run on Cloudflare D1, so none is lost if email fails. Only the Nooterra team has access to it. We keep a message for as long as the conversation it starts is useful, and we delete it sooner if you ask.

How it reaches us

The message is then emailed to founders@nooterra.ai through Resend, an email delivery service, with your address as the one we reply to. Resend handles the message only to deliver it, and keeps a short delivery record under its own policy.

If that email fails, we may have the message posted to a private chat channel of ours instead, so that it isn’t missed.

What the site doesn’t do

  • No analytics scripts, and no tracking of what you click.
  • No tracking cookies. The site itself sets no cookies.
  • No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Every file on these pages comes from nooterra.ai.

Cloudflare hosts the site and handles requests to it under its own privacy policy. Our own logs of those requests are kept for a few days, to help us fix problems, and then deleted.

Booking a call

The "Book a call" link on the contact page takes you to Calendly, a separate service. Anything you enter there is covered by Calendly’s own privacy policy, not this page.

Seeing or deleting what we hold

To see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email founders@nooterra.ai from the address you wrote from. We will reply, and delete it from our database and our inbox.

Last updated October 16, 2026. If any of this changes, for example if we turn on Cloudflare’s Turnstile spam check, which loads a script from Cloudflare, we will update this page first.
