Nooterra is a research lab. The name is νοῦς (Greek for mind / intellect) plus terra (Latin for land / realm) — the noosphere as the conceptual frame for institutional cognition.
The lab is structured as a lab, not a startup: the metric is depth of advance per published paper. The first paper is prepared for endorsement. The long-form research direction is in the charter.
