Terms of service.

Effective · 2026-05-02

These terms govern your use of the Nooterra website (nooterra.ai) and the Atlas product. By using either, you agree to them.

Pilot and early access

Atlas is in pilot release. Pilot customers operate under a separate signed agreement that supersedes these public terms for product use. The pilot agreement includes scope, exit criteria, security commitments, and the data processing agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract proprietary models or weights.
  • Use Atlas to make decisions about protected classes in ways that violate the law.
  • Upload data you do not have rights to process under your customer agreement.
  • Bypass authentication, evade rate limits, or attack the platform.

Approval-first execution

Atlas does not autonomously mutate live customer systems. Recommendations require role-based approval before they become actions. Atlas is a decision record and support tool — not a guarantee of business outcomes.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the data you connect, the credentials you provide, and the actions you approve. You must have the rights and authority to connect any system you integrate. You are responsible for keeping your team’s access current.

Service availability

Pilots target reasonable uptime; specific commitments live in the pilot agreement. The public website is provided on an “as available” basis.

Intellectual property

Customer data is owned by the customer. Atlas, its models, and its software are owned by Nooterra. Customers retain rights to their derived insights; Nooterra retains rights to aggregate, anonymized improvements only when consented in writing.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nooterra disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for the public website.

Liability

Nooterra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Liability for paid pilot customers is governed by the pilot agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Changes

Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
