Nooterra, Inc. (“Nooterra”, “we”) operates Atlas, a decision ledger for B2B SaaS retention. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data on the Nooterra website and the Atlas product.
What we collect
We process three categories of data:
- Account data — name, work email, role, organization. Provided by you when you sign in or apply for the pilot.
- Customer data — CRM records, billing data, support tickets, product telemetry, contracts, decision records, evidence claims, approval logs, action records, and outcome traces that your team connects to Atlas through a connector. This is your data; we process it on your behalf.
- Operational telemetry — page views, feature usage, error reports. Cookieless analytics. No advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To provide and improve the Atlas product.
- To respond to pilot applications and communications.
- To enforce our terms of service and protect against fraud.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not train models on customer data without written opt-in. We do not sell customer data. We do not enrich data sold to third parties.
Pilot application data
Information submitted via the pilot application form (name, work email, company, stack details, decision context, notes) is used to evaluate fit and respond to the applicant. It is retained for the lifetime of an active pilot relationship and deleted on request.
Subprocessors
We share data with a short list of subprocessors that help us run the product. The current list is on the security page. We notify customers 30 days before adding or removing a subprocessor.
Where we store it
Customer data is stored in AWS (us-east-1) by default. EU residency is available on request. Customer-managed encryption keys are available for enterprise deployments.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with similar rights, you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data by writing to privacy@nooterra.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers.
Children
Atlas is a B2B product. It is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced 30 days before they take effect.
